    To schedule an appointment, we welcome you to speak with our Spa Concierge who will guide you to the perfect spa experience.  We are also pleased to offer online booking for access to appointments anytime through our website www.spaunionclubhotel.com.  To book services, please give us a call at 765-496-5874.  In-house guests can dial 65874 from their room telephone.  To ensure that your preferred time and service is available we recommend advance booking.
  • Late Arrival

    Please be aware that your late arrival may determine the length of your treatment.  Please plan on your service ending on time so the next guest is not delayed.  You will still be charged for the full length of time originally reserved for your treatment.  Please plan to arrive with enough time to allow for parking and making your way to the spa once inside the hotel.
  • Cancellations

    As a courtesy to others, we kindly ask that cancellations and appointment changes be made no later than 24 hours prior to service time.  Failure to cancel in advance will be charged in full.  Rescheduling within the 24-hour cancellation policy will result in a 50% fee. 
  • Spa Attire

    For your comfort, a luxurious robe and slippers can be provided at The Spa.  Please disrobe to your level of comfort before your spa service as proper draping techniques are always used to protect the privacy and comfort of everyone.  All our providers are professionally trained and licensed to ensure the highest quality of service and integrity.  If you find you still have questions or concerns about spa attire, please feel free to ask for assistance from any of our spa associates. Changing into a robe & slippers is not required for nail appointments.  Please leave valuables behind as the spa cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • Quiet & Healthy Enviornment

    In order to provide a relaxing and private experience for all spa guests, we ask that you do not make or receive phone calls and refrain from using any sound on your mobile devices and/or electronic equipment in the spa quiet room and common areas.  Headphones are welcome unless they disrupt quiet rooms and common areas.
    To maintain tranquility, we ask that you speak in a low spa voice to prevent disturbing others. Our goal is to provide everyone with a relaxing and enjoyable spa experience. Thank you for being mindful of the spa setting.

  • Shaving
    Shaving
    Shaving is not recommended prior to any body scrub or hair removal treatment. We specifically suggest that if you shave, please do so 3-4 hours before any facial service and the day before any body scrub.

    The minimum age of 18 is required for massage and body treatments unless accompanied by a parent in the treatment room.

    If you would like to recognize the effort and skill of your service provider, we welcome adding your gratuity at the end of your service at check out.

  • Locker Reservations

    For our guests that choose to change into a robe and slippers, a limited number of lockers will be available for an additional fee.

    At the time of booking your appointments, please alert us of any medical conditions or product sensitivities.  Your confirmation email will include a link to your guest intake form and you will be asked to complete that information prior to your treatment so that we can best tailor to your needs.  Remember, your spa time is your time.  If you are uncomfortable during your treatment due to pressure, temperature, music or anything else, please let our spa associates know.  We will adjust accordingly.  Enjoy!
